Your session is a deeply personal experience—guided by your Sub-conscious and Higher Self; I am here to gently hold space and facilitate your journey. You are simply invited to arrive open, relaxed and receptive to whatever is ready to unfold.
In the time leading up to your session, allow yourself some moments of quiet and stillness. Meditation, reflection, or time in nature can help you feel grounded, present and connected.
For the most aligned experience, please avoid alcohol or any mind-altering substances the evening before and the day of your session, and keep caffeine to a minimum.
A snack or light meal 30min beforehand is recommended, as your session can last up to 4 hours.
You are welcome to record your session, as some clients remember everything, while others recall very little — yet your Higher Self ensures that what is received is integrated. Listening back can offer deeper insight and support your continued healing journey.
This is a private and confidential space, held with care, integrity, and compassion. To honour the depth of the experience, sessions are conducted 1:1 online and in a private setting of your choice.
Remember, above all, this is your journey — the healing, clarity and transformation comes from within you. Your Higher Self, guides and inner wisdom will reveal what is ready to be seen, understood and released.

Rest & Hydrate as much as you can– Drink plenty of water or herbal tea to help your body flush toxins & re-balance energetically
Take a hot bath with Dead Sea Salt & Baking Soda to assist with the detox process
Daily Grounding Practice – Visualize your feet rooting into the earth, or stand outside your bare feet on the earth, take a mindful walk, or imagine roots connecting you to the earth
Gentle Movement – Stretch, do yoga, or sway slowly to allow energy to flow freely
Journaling Practice – Write down feelings, insights, or images that came up during your session; sometimes wisdom arrives later, and journaling helps capture it.
Recent studies show that the practice of writing helps the brain to move out of fight/flight/freeze/fawn by engaging the frontal cortex which assists the mind/body regulation process.
Creative Expression – Paint, draw, or make music as a way to release emotions or embody your heart’s messages
Self-compassion – If old memories or emotions arise, treat yourself gently. Instead of berating or spiraling – shift the thought, see them as messengers, part of your path to healing, or part of your soul's lessons; not mistakes/failures or setbacks
Heart-Centered Practices
Heart Breathing – Place your hands over your heart and breathe slowly, imagining gold light expanding with every inhale
Affirmations – Repeat something like “My heart is open to healing & love” or “I am trusting the wisdom of my heart to lead the way.”
Gratitude Practice – Write down or think of 3 things each day you are grateful for; gratitude is a high vibration and helps anchor your heart energy in the present
Ongoing Support
Limit phone or device use – After a session, your may feel more sensitive and need quiet-time
Give yourself time away from heavy news, stressful conversations, or crowded environments if possible
Nourish the Body – Eat grounding foods (root vegetables, whole grains, warm soups) to help anchor the shifts.
Sleep & Dreams – Pay attention to your dreams—they may bring insights or guidance connected to your healing.
Think of the days following your session as a sacred integration, give yourself permission to be more gentle with yourself, like you would after a deep massage or how you would support a good friend or loved one.
This is the foundation to true healing, returning to the love within yourself and honouring your path.
Equipment Needed
To support a smooth and uninterrupted experience, please prepare the following:
A laptop or tablet (not a mobile phone), plugged in for the duration of your session
A stable internet connection
A comfortable headset with microphone (corded or USB connection preferred)
Please ensure your camera is positioned so your face remains clearly visible at all times.
You will receive a private video link on the day of your session. Kindly test your audio and microphone settings in advance.
Your Space
Choose a quiet, private environment where you feel safe to fully relax and express yourself without interruption. This is your time—free from distractions, including pets or others in the home.
Set yourself up in a comfortable position where you can lie down, with your device angled to capture your face and upper body.
Soft lighting and a calm atmosphere will help you settle more deeply into the experience.
If you need to pause during the session (for example, to use the washroom), this can be gently accommodated and will be discussed beforehand.
